Melbourne, Victoria – bpma is announcing its successful appointment to the Victorian Government’s esteemed Professional Advisory Services (PAS) panel. This appointment recognises bpma‘s expertise and capacity to provide high-quality advisory services to Victorian government departments and agencies.

Through this appointment, bpma is now pre-qualified to provide services under the following categories of the Commercial and Financial Advisory Services (CAFAS) stream:

• CA-1: Strategic Policy Review, Reform, and Project Development: Including service need analysis, service planning, feasibility studies and strategic assessments.
• CA- 2: Business Case Preparation and Deployment.
• CA-3: Market Engagement and Implementation.
• CA-4: Commercial Contract Management.
• CA-5: Project, Program, and Business Review, Evaluation and Assurance: Including business re-organisation reviews.
• CA-8: General Commercial Advice: Including commercial negotiations.

This appointment positions bpma to support Victorian Government entities with strategic advice across the full project lifecycle – from initial feasibility studies and business case development through to implementation, contract management, and project evaluation.
