Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (bpma.com.au) or the bpma Insights mobile app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the App.
Purpose of the Website and App
The website and App provide information about BPMA Australia Pty. Ltd.’s management consultancy, project management and advisory services, including articles, Executive Summaries, diagrams and other insights (“Content”). Content is general information only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on without seeking advice specific to your circumstances.
Member Profiles
Some Content, including Executive Summaries and PDF downloads, is available only to members with a free profile. When you create a profile, you must give accurate information, use your own email address and keep your password secure. Profiles are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend or delete a profile that breaches these Terms or is used to misuse the website or App. You can delete your profile at any time in the App or by contacting us.
Amendments
BPMA Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or App indicates your acceptance of such changes.
Intellectual Property
All Content on the website and in the App, including text, Executive Summaries, diagrams, charts, images, PDF documents and logos, is owned by or licensed to BPMA Australia Pty. Ltd. and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws, whether or not it carries a copyright notice.
You may view, download and print Content for your own information and for internal use within your organisation, and you may share links to Content. Unless we agree in writing, you must not:
- reproduce, republish, sell or distribute Content, including members-only Content and PDFs, outside your organisation;
- remove or alter any attribution or copyright notice, or present Content as your own work; or
- use Content to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or extract it by automated means.

In no event shall BPMA Australia Pty. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
