Discovery & Assessment

Objectives and constraints

We establish what the program must achieve, the funding it sits within, the approvals it has to clear and who signs off. Advice that ignores those is advice nobody can act on.

Baseline assessment

We assess delivery systems, commercial position, organisational capability and asset condition against what the program will actually demand of them, not a generic maturity model.
