Brent Boden

Managing Director

Brent has over 30 years of experience in major project delivery, general management, and management consulting. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the setup, successful delivery and management of multi-billion-dollar programs across infrastructure (rail and road), utilities, mining, and property development.

As a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, Brent’s expertise lies in synthesising complex project, operational and strategic requirements into practical, implementable solutions that deliver results. Instead of using generic frameworks, Brent focuses on assessing the specific intersection of a project and its strategic context—this unique perspective has been gained through the successful delivery of capital projects totalling over AUD$40 billion.

Recognising that the delivery of capital assets was becoming more and more complex, Brent founded bpma to share this approach with clients who have a genuine interest in improving both their project delivery and operational performance. His vision was to create a consultancy where strategic foresight and practical execution are inseparable.
